your senses with only the finest food and fare. Ambrosia by
definition means…anything extremely pleasing to the taste and smell.
It is our heart’s desire to arouse your sense of taste with our
delicious and aromatic flavors and artful presentations. So relax and

Elaine
McCloud, the visionary behind Ambrosia’s is a native of Miami, Florida where she grew up sampling from
the melting pot of southern, Hispanic, and exotic Caribbean cuisines.
Some of Elaine’s original recipes were tested on fellow students at Howard University where she recognized her gift
for plate pleasing food, and the desire to share it with others.
Whether it is an intimate occasion for a few, a casual company cook
out for a thousand, or an elaborate production soiree, you can count on
Ambrosia’s to be “Your 1st Choice for an Affair to
Remember”.
Over the
