Elaine R. McCloud is the visionary who began
catering from her kitchen in the mid 1980s. Her love for
planning and presenting eye appealing, culinary arrays of
Maryland Southern, Caribbean, Italian, Indian, and Oriental
cuisines is the mainstay of this catering business. Over the
years, clients include local and national elected officials,
city and state government, as well as community, corporate,
faith-based and Greek letter fraternal organizations.
She is a native of Miami, Florida and a
graduate of Howard University where she majored in political
science and pledged
Delta Sigma Theta Sorority.
